KYIV, Feb 14 (Reuters) - Kyiv and Washington were still working on agreeing a critical mineral deal after talks between President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and Vice-President JD Vance on Friday and some details need to be worked out, two members of the Ukrainian delegation said.
Ukraine handed the United States its proposals for a bilateral minerals deal after finishing working on them, two Ukrainian sources said earlier, as Kyiv tries to win the backing of U.S. President Donald Trump in his bid to end the war with Russia.
