Ghana in talks with IMF to refine its programme, Bloomberg News reports

- Ghana's new administration has started talks with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to refine its $3 billion bailout programme to address concerns over its revenue targets, Bloomberg News reported on Friday.

"We were not at the table when this agreement was drawn up," Ghana's President John Mahama said in an interview with Bloomberg, adding that it was necessary to look at the tax angle.
