Ukraine's foreign min says he discussed with US' Rubio strategic partnership between countries

Feb 13 (Reuters) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said he had discussed a strategic partnership between Ukraine and the U.S. with American counterpart Marco Rubio in their first call on Thursday.
"I had a good call with @SecRubio on ways to advance the Ukraine-US strategic partnership with mutual benefit," Sybiha said on X.
