LONDON, Feb 13 (Reuters) - British American Tobacco's diversity and inclusion policies position the business for success and the company does not expect major changes going forward, Chief Executive Tadeu Marroco told Reuters on Thursday.
U.S. President Donald Trump has sought to dismantle Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) programmes across the government and private sector. Marroco said BAT was "well positioned" in terms of compliance and no major changes to its existing approach were expected.
