Corrects 27 injured to 28 in third paragraph
BERLIN, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Bavaria Premier Markus Soeder said the incident in Munich involving a car driving into a crowd of people was a suspected attack.
"It was probably an attack", Soeder said on Thursday at the scene of the incident.
Police, also at the scene, said 28 people were injured, adding the driver of the car was a 24-year-old Afghan asylum seeker.
