BAT takes near $8 billion charge over Canada lawsuit, headwinds loom

Feb 13 (Reuters) - British American Tobacco BATS.L said it took a 6.2 billion pound ($7.74 billion) hit from settling a tobacco lawsuit in Canada, and warned of "significant" headwinds in Bangladesh and Australia in 2025 after annual revenue missed forecast.
