Hub acquires MO-based Yavitz Insurance

Feb 10 - (The Insurer) - Hub International Limited has acquired the assets of St. Louis, Missouri-based Yavitz Insurance Group.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1921, Yavitz Insurance is a privately owned agency offering commercial and personal insurance solutions to individuals and businesses.
Ken Yavitz, the agency's owner, along with the Yavitz Insurance team, will join Hub’s Kansas and Missouri operations.
Going forward, Yavitz Insurance will operate as Yavitz Insurance Group, a Hub International company.
“This partnership strengthens our presence in the St. Louis region and enhances our ability to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions,” said Paul Cohen, president of Hub Kansas and Missouri.
Earlier this month, Hub announced that it had acquired the assets of Mooresville, Indiana-based Mayfield Insurance, as well as the assets of The Rocchio Agency, also based in Indiana.
