Russian diplomat says no agreement on top-level contact with Trump yet

MOSCOW, Feb 10 (Reuters) - Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, who oversees U.S. relations and arms control, said on Monday there was not yet any agreement with the United States on high-level contacts between President Vladimir Putin and President Donald Trump.
Ryabkov said that if the root causes of the conflict in Ukraine were not addressed then it would not be possible to reach an agreement on ending it.
