Hub acquires Missouri-based Lindenwood Agency

Feb 5 - (The Insurer) - Hub International has acquired Lindenwood Agency, a commercial and personal insurance provider based in St. Charles, Missouri.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Melodie Smith, president, and Ryan Mica, vice president, of Lindenwood will join Hub Kansas and Missouri along with the acquired firm's team.
Under the terms of the deal, Lindenwood Agency will be referred to as Lindenwood Agency, a Hub International company.
"Our team is excited to welcome the Lindenwood Agency to our Hub family," said Paul Cohen, president of Hub Kansas and Missouri. "Their team represents another key partner in our St. Louis growth strategy."
The latest addition comes after Hub in January announced the acquisitions of Connecticut-based Byrnes Agency and New Mexico-based Woods Insurance Services.
