- (The Insurer) - WTW has confirmed the appointment of senior Marsh and former JLT Specialty executive Paul Graziano to its Corporate Risk and Broking segment for North America, as revealed yesterday by The Insurer.

Based in Denver, Graziano will serve as growth leader for North America, with a focus on driving the development of a consistent framework to unify revenue growth efforts across Willis in North America.

He most recently served as managing director and global engagement partner at Marsh. He had served as chief business development officer at JLT prior to its acquisition by Marsh in 2019.

Commenting on the appointment, Adam Garrard, chairman of Global Risk and Broking at Willis, said: “I am delighted to welcome Paul to the Willis team.

"His extensive experience focused on growth strategies and unique solutions for clients with complex risk profiles aligns perfectly with the growth plans for Willis in North America.”

This publication revealed earlier this week that Graziano was set to join WTW, alongside fellow Marsh and former JLT colleague Mike Giacobbe.

Giacobbe most recently served as Marsh Advisory and Global Specialty co-leader and held various roles since the JLT acquisition, including global specialty leader for Marsh Advisory and consulting leader for US and Canada.

Last week WTW confirmed that Pat Donnelly – who held a variety of roles at Marsh, including serving as the president of US and Canada and president of Marsh Specialty and Global Placement – was taking over as the head of North America R&B.

The role had sat vacant since the departure of Michael Chang, who held the post for more than two years.

As previously reported, Donnelly was recruited to WTW by Lucy Clarke, who left her role as president of Marsh Specialty in July 2023 and became president of R&B globally at WTW in July 2024.
