Ontario to ban U.S. companies from provincial contracts, Premier Doug Ford says

Feb 3 (Reuters) - Canada's Ontario is banning U.S. companies from provincial contracts starting Monday after U.S. President Donald Trump announced 25% tariffs on most of Canada's goods, Ontario's Premier Doug Ford said in a post on X.
"We're going one step further. We'll be ripping up the province's contract with Starlink," Ford wrote on X.
