Protectionism would harm all citizens, Ireland's PM Martin says

BRUSSELS, Feb 3 (Reuters) - The European Union and the United States need to work together constructively on trade, as protectionism would hurt citizens "wherever they reside," Ireland's Prime Minister Micheal Martin said before a meeting of EU leaders in Brussels on Monday.
