Inszone acquires Texas Classic Insurance Agency

Jan 30 - (The Insurer) - California-based Inszone Insurance Services has acquired Texas Classic Insurance Agency, which serves clients across the Dallas and Fort Worth area from its locations in Granbury and Liberty Hill.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Texas Classic offers homeowners, auto, and other personal lines, along with a select offering of commercial insurance products.
“They have built strong relationships in their community through personalized service and customized insurance solutions. With their expertise in home and auto lines - and a growing commercial presence – they are a perfect fit for Inszone," said Chris Walters, Inszone CEO.
In December 2024, Inszone announced the acquisition of Coe Agency, an independent agency offering health and benefits solutions across New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas.
On Tuesday, Inszone made a trio of leadership appointments, naming Chris Tracy, Sara Evans, and Francisco Saldaña as regional presidents for California, the Mountain West region, and the Midwest, respectively.
