- (The Insurer) - Safety National Casualty Corporation has announced several changes to its executive management structure, with current president John Csik stepping down and COO Cyndee Morton stepping into the role.

After nearly four decades with the company, Csik will retire from his position as president and executive management member. He will transition to a new role as executive advisor, providing strategic guidance and working on special projects with the leadership team.

As president, Morton will oversee the company's strategic vision, manage senior executives, and align departments to achieve corporate goals.

Nick Kriegel, currently chief innovation officer and general counsel, will succeed Morton as COO.

Additionally, Gus Aivaliotis, CUO, will take on the role of deputy CEO, assisting the CEO with leadership responsibilities and business development strategies.

The company confirmed that Mark Wilhelm, executive chairman, Duane Hercules, CEO, and Tom Grove, chief client officer, will remain in their current roles.

The leadership realignment will take effect on 1 April 2025.

“These changes to executive management allow us to leverage our deep expertise to ensure Safety National’s growth, innovation, and prosperity in the future,” said Wilhelm.
