MOSCOW, Jan 28 (Reuters) - Russia should become one of the global technology leaders in the field of unmanned aerial systems by 2030, President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday.
"For this purpose, a robust industry, infrastructure, and drone service system will need to be established on a domestic technological and production platform, both within and outside the country. This sector is to become one of the key areas in Russia's technological development," he told state TV.
Putin said that Russia had all the necessary resources and potential to achieve this goal.
