Rubio tells Guyana's president of US support on Venezuela dispute

Jan 27 (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio told Guyana's President Irfaan Ali during a call on Monday that the United States backs his country's "territorial integrity" over tensions with Venezuela, the State Department said.
Guyana and Venezuela are involved in a long-running dispute over the oil-rich Esequibo area.
