Trump says US needs 'massive' increase in funding for border security

Miami, Jan 27 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump on Monday said he is looking forward to working with Congress on a bill that includes a massive increase in funding to secure the country's borders.
Speaking to House of Representatives Republicans gathered for a retreat at his Doral resort in Miami, Trump said the increase should include funding for an increase in border security personnel and retention bonuses for Immigration and Customs Enforcement personnel and border patrol agents.
