Mexican president touts legal effort to analyze U.S. declaration on drug cartels

MEXICO CITY, Jan 24 (Reuters) - The Mexican government has a team of lawyers in place to analyze the impact of U.S. President Donald Trump's declaration that Mexican drug cartels are terrorist groups, the country's president told reporters on Friday.
President Claudia Sheinbuam added that the Trump decree is not helpful, and that collaboration between both governments would be better.
