Turkish minister, Rubio discuss coordination on regional matters, Turkish source says

ANKARA, Jan 22 (Reuters) - Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio discussed the importance of coordination on regional matters during a phone call, a Turkish foreign ministry source said on Wednesday.
The two underlined that cooperation between Turkey and the United States should be based on mutual respect and trust as allied countries, the source said.
