US traffic safety regulator opens probe into about 2.6 mln Tesla vehicles

Jan 7 (Reuters) - The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said on Tuesday it has opened a probe into about 2.6 million Tesla TSLA.O vehicles over issues related to the EV maker's feature dubbed, "Actually Smart Summon".
