March 6 (Reuters) - Cleveland Federal Reserve President Beth Hammack on Friday said she believes the Fed's policy rate is right around neutral, and the Fed should keep it "at least" there to keep pushing down on inflation that has made little progress towards the Fed's target of 2% over the last two years.
"When I look at things broadly, to me it seems like there are two-sided risks to rates," Hammack said on Bloomberg TV.
