Brazil's central government posts lower-than-expected primary budget surplus in January

BRASILIA, Feb 25 (Reuters) - Brazil's central government posted a primary budget surplus of 86.9 billion reais ($16.87 billion) in January, Treasury data showed on Wednesday, below the 88.8 billion reais forecast by economists in a Reuters poll.
