Romania to target budget deficit of 6.2% of GDP, PM says

BUCHAREST, Feb 4 (Reuters) - Romania will target a budget deficit of around 6.2% of economic output this year, compared with 2025's 7.7%, Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan said on Wednesday, adding that the new draft budget will be sent to parliament around February 20.
Bolojan said inflation was expected to fall to 4% by year-end.
