Japan December factory output falls 0.1% month-on-month

TOKYO, Jan 30 (Reuters) - Japan's factory output edged down 0.1% in December from the previous month, better than the median market forecast for a 0.4% dip, government data showed on Friday.

Manufacturers surveyed by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry expect seasonally adjusted output to jump 9.3% in January and fall 4.3% in February.
