French PM cuts 2025 growth forecast to 0.9% from 1.1%

PARIS, Jan 14 (Reuters) - French Prime Minister Francois Bayrou told parliament on Tuesday that his government is cutting its 2025 economic growth forecast to 0.9% from 1.1% and said that he will target a 2025 public deficit of 5.4% of GDP.
He added that his government is sticking to a public deficit target of 3% of GDP in 2029.
