CORRECTED-Mining giant Grupo Mexico reports Q1 profit up 57%

MEXICO CITY, April 28 (Reuters) - Mining and transportation conglomerate Grupo Mexico reported on Tuesday a first-quarter net profit that climbed 57% compared to the same period a year earlier, coming in at $1.71 billion.
Revenue for the group, a top copper producer, increased 33% to $5.57 billion in the quarter, according to a filing.
