US pump prices near 4 year high on Iran war disruption

- U.S. average gasoline price rose to near $4.18 a gallon on Tuesday, hitting its highest since August 2022, according to data from the American Automobile Association or AAA.

National average retail gasoline prices have climbed about $1.19 a gallon, or about 40%, since the U.S. and Israel attacked Iran at the end of February.
