France's Macron welcomes US, Iran ceasefire deal, calls for Lebanon's inclusion

PARIS, April 8 (Reuters) - French President Emmanuel Macron said on Wednesday that he welcomed the ceasefire between Iran and the United States, at the start of his meeting on defence with advisers and members of his cabinet, but added the situation in Lebanon remained critical and called for Lebanon to be included in the deal.
