TECHNICALS-CBOT corn may stabilise around $4.42-3/4 and bounce

SINGAPORE, April 8 (Reuters) - CBOT corn CK26 may stabilise around a support at $4.42-3/4 per bushel, and bounce toward $4.46-3/4.

The support is identified as the 161.8% projection level of a wave c from $4.70-1/2, which may either end around this barrier or extend far below it.

Regardless of the endpoint, a bounce may occur. A break above $4.44-3/4 would confirm the target of $4.46-3/4, while a break below $4.42-3/4 may trigger a fall to $4.40-1/4.

On the daily chart, a projection analysis reveals an identical support at $4.42-3/4, the 38.2% level. Chances are high that the drop would pause.
