Russia's Baltic Ust-Luga port, one of its largest petroleum export hubs, was damaged again on Sunday by a Ukrainian drone attack which sparked a blaze later brought under control, Russian officials said, as oil prices climbed past $110 a barrel due to the Iran war.
EU-27 and UK gasoline and blending component exports to other regions have averaged 892,000 barrels per day so far in March, against 885,000 bpd in February.
