Mexico to announce support measures for trucking industry

MEXICO CITY, March 25 (Reuters) - Mexico's government will roll out measures to support the trucking industry during the morning presidential press conference on Thursday, the economy ministry said on Wednesday.

The ministry did not give further detail on the measures. Around 80% of trade, by value, moves in Mexico by truck, according to the government. Fuel prices have skyrocketed in recent weeks due to the Iran war.
