US crude oil stockpiles rose last week to highest since June 2024, EIA says

NEW YORK, March 25 (Reuters) - U.S. crude oil inventories, excluding the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, rose to 456.2 million barrels in the week ended March 20, the highest since June 2024, data from the Energy Information Administration showed on Wednesday.
Crude oil inventories in the country were up 6.9 million barrels week on the week, the biggest jump since February, the EIA data showed.
