NEW YORK, March 18 (Reuters) - U.S. Gulf Coast commercial crude oil imports rose last week by 1.2 million barrels per day (bpd) to around 2.4 million bpd, the highest since July 2020, data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration showed on Wednesday.
U.S. crude oil imports from Saudi Arabia also rose last week to a five-year high of 793,000 bpd, up 186,000 week-over-week, the data showed.
