Hungary must not use Druzhba pipeline issues to block Ukraine aid, Berlin says

BERLIN, March 13 (Reuters) - It is unacceptable that Hungary's government is using pipeline issues as a pretext to block new Russia sanctions or a 90-billion-euro loan to Ukraine, a spokesperson with the German foreign office said on Friday.

Russian oil flows through the Druzhba pipeline to Hungary and Slovakia have been suspended since late January after it was damaged.
