PARIS, March 9 (Reuters) - International Energy Agency members currently hold over 1.2 billion barrels of public emergency oil stocks and a further 600 million barrels of industry stocks that are held under government obligation, IEA Executive Director Fatih Birol said on Monday.
"We discussed all the available options, including making IEA emergency oil stocks available to the market," Birol said in a statement after joining a G7 finance ministers' meeting.
