Feb 26 (Reuters) - Valero's VLO.N 205,000 barrel-per-day (bpd) Houston refinery reported a third‑party power interruption on Wednesday at about 9:16 a.m. caused a loss of power to the plant, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality filing showed on Thursday.
The outage led to emissions from the main refinery flare 30FL1. Refinery personnel followed established procedures to safely stabilize affected units and limit emissions, the filing said.
