STOCKHOLM, Feb 26 (Reuters) - Authorities in Nordic countries are investigating a threat to the region's energy infrastructure, Sweden's TV4 reported on Thursday, citing anonymous sources.
The threat came from an actor believed to be connected to a foreign power, the sources told TV4.
Sweden's National Defence Radio Establishment (FRA), the country's main signals intelligence agency, told Reuters it could not immediately comment, but would provide a response later.
The Swedish energy agency declined to comment and referred all questions to the FRA.
Norway's security police agency (PST) and the Norwegian National Security Authority (NSM) were not immediately reachable for comment when contacted by Reuters.
The Danish national security and intelligence service did not immediately respond to a request for comment when contacted by Reuters.
