Feb 4 (Reuters) - The Syrian Petroleum Company signed a memorandum of understanding with U.S. oil major Chevron CVX.N, and Qatari-based Power International Holding for oil and gas exploration in Syrian territorial waters, state-run Ekhbariya news said.
