
CHICAGO, Feb 3 (Reuters) - Chicago Board of Trade wheat futures ticked higher on Tuesday on spillover support from rising corn and soybean futures.
Chicago grain and soybean futures regained ground on Tuesday as a selloff in commodity markets subsided and after the U.S. Department of the Treasury released updated guidance on biofuel tax credits, analysts said.
In wheat, concerns were easing about cold weather damage to crops in the U.S. and the Black Sea region.
CBOT March soft red winter wheat WH26 closed 1 cent higher at $5.28-3/4 per bushel.
K.C. March hard red winter wheat KWH26 fell 1/2 cent to $5.34-3/4 a bushel. Minneapolis March spring wheat MWEH26 settled 6-3/4 cents lower at $5.17-1/2 a bushel.
