
Feb 3 (Reuters) - Mexico has agreed to deliver a minimum of 350,000 acre-feet of water per year to the United States, the U.S. Secretaries of State and Agriculture said in a joint statement on Tuesday.
"This is a win for American farmers and ranchers, and we appreciate President (Claudia Sheinbaum)'s consistent efforts to uphold Mexico’s responsibilities under the 1944 Water treaty," U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in a post on X.
