Refiner Phillips 66 can process 250,000 bpd of Venezuelan crude, CEO says

HOUSTON, Feb 3 - U.S. refiner Phillips 66 PSX.N can process around 250,000 barrels per day of Venezuelan crude, CEO Mark Lashier said at a conference in Houston on Tuesday.
The price for Venezuelan crude does however have to be competitively priced, Lashier added.
