Upset triggers flaring in Citgo Corpus Christi refinery East Plant -community notice

HOUSTON, Jan 25 (Reuters) - A malfunction triggered flaring in the East Plant of Citgo Petroleum's 165,000 barrel-per-day (bpd) Corpus Christi, Texas refinery, according to a community warning notice filed by the company.
The notice did not say which units were affected by the malfunction and if it was related to the unusually cold weather that descended to the Gulf Coast of Texas overnight.
