Vitol prepares fuel oil exports from Venezuela, sources say

HOUSTON, Jan 22 (Reuters) - Trading house Vitol is making preparations, including assessing terminals, to begin fuel oil exports from Venezuela as part of a flagship 50-million-barrel supply deal between Caracas and Washington, three sources close to the decision said on Thursday.
