LONDON, Jan 21 (Reuters) - The operator of Kazakhstan's Tengiz oilfield, TCO, has declared force majeure on crude oil deliveries into the CPC pipeline system, according to a TCO letter seen by Reuters, after fires caused power supply problems at the field in recent days.
