
Jan 20 (Reuters) - Western Midstream Partners WES.N said on Tuesday it has renegotiated contracts with Occidental Petroleum OXY.N for natural gas gathering and processing in the Delaware Basin .
Occidental will transfer 15.3 million Western Midstream common units valued at about $610 million, reducing its ownership to roughly 40% following the planned redemption and cancellation of the units, according to the partnership.
