White House says too early for election timetable for Venezuela

WASHINGTON, Jan 7 (Reuters) - The White House said on Wednesday it was too early for a timetable for elections in Venezuela, days after leader Nicolas Maduro was deposed in a U.S. raid.
"It's too premature and too early to dictate a timetable for elections in Venezuela right now," White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt said at a news briefing.
