Russian-Flagged vessel now in possession of US Coast Guard, official says

WASHINGTON, Jan 7 (Reuters) - A Russian-flagged, Venezuela-linked tanker is now in the possession of the U.S. Coast Guard, a U.S. official told Reuters on Wednesday.
The official, who was speaking on the condition of anonymity, said the operation included U.S. Special Forces, but they had now left the vessel.
