UNITED NATIONS, Jan 3 (Reuters) - U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres is deeply alarmed by U.S. action in Venezuela that sets "a dangerous precedent," his spokesperson said in a statement on Saturday.
"The Secretary-General continues to emphasize the importance of full respect - by all - of international law, including the UN Charter. He’s deeply concerned that the rules of international law have not been respected," U.N. spokesperson Stephane Dujarric said.
