Russia's Putin warns against any attempt to blockade Kaliningrad exclave

MOSCOW, Dec 19 (Reuters) - President Vladimir Putin warned on Friday against any threat to blockade Russia's Kaliningrad exclave, saying such moves would be resisted by Moscow and risked "large-scale conflict".
Russian officials have accused the West of wanting to isolate Kaliningrad, which lies on the Baltic Coast and is sandwiched between NATO and European Union members Lithuania and Poland, and is home to Russia's Baltic Fleet.
