Hungary signs contract with US for delivery of LNG

Dec 16 (Reuters) - Hungary has signed a contract with the U.S. on Tuesday for the delivery of 400 million cubic metres of liquid natural gas (LNG) a year, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said.
"This means that over the next five years, two billion cubic metres of American LNG will arrive in Hungary," he added in a post on social media platform X.
